| Shop Foreman/Lead Man |
Must be a Journeyman level mechanic, capable of taking responsibility for job management including planning, layout, materials, manpower, quality control, meeting budget hours and supervising others. |
| Journeyman Mechanic |
Requires full knowledge of craft and has the ability to perform job without direct supervision. This position requires planning, layout, quality control, meeting job budget hours and furnishing personal tools to perform a high standard of quality and productivity. |
| Welder/Fitter |
Welder/Fitters require full knowledge of welded fabrication with skills and ability to work independently from drawings, including normal layout, job planning, and quality control, and preventive maintenance requirements. Welders must be able to qualify to A.W.S. or ASME Section IX and maintain a high standard of quality and productivity. |
| Machine Operators/ Machinists |
(Shear, brake, rolls, burning table, NC and CNC mills) - Machine operators require full knowledge of machine capacities, capabilities, production rates, and responsible for preventive maintenance requirements. They must possess skills and ability to achieve greatest productivity from machine, including materials utilization and quality control. |
